PREORDERS ARE OPENED ONCE A MONTH STARTING ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH AND CLOSES THE FOLLOWING MONDAY NIGHT AT 10PM PST. (This is subject to change. There are week-by-week updates regarding preorders on our Instagram @GemDesignerFinds)

Once the preorder closes for the week, processing time for orders is 5-7 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time for us to receive the batch order is 15-25 business days. All orders are packaged and sent out the same day it’s received.
